For CNAs, Luvo runs travel assignments typically 13 weeks long (some as short as 6 weeks, others as long as 26 weeks), with renewable options. The agency supports housing through a stipend or direct provision, and provides tax-free housing, meals, and incidental reimbursements on top of pay. CNAs can also use the Luvo mobile app to manage documents and assignments.

Luvo places CNAs alongside travel nurses, allied health professionals, therapy clinicians, radiology techs, and respiratory therapists, with a published referral bonus for CNAs who bring in friends.
