OneStaff Medical is an independently owned travel healthcare staffing firm founded in 2010, with offices in Omaha, Miamisburg, and Clearwater. CNAs can pick up 13-week travel assignments at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the country, with the option to extend or move on to a new location.

The firm offers health, dental, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, pet insurance, a 401(k) with company match after one year, weekly pay every Friday, and customizable housing and meal stipends. A dedicated housing department helps CNAs line up vetted lodging on the road, and family, friends, and pets are welcome on assignment.

OneStaff also runs a refer-a-friend program that pays $500 once a referred clinician completes their first 13-week contract.
