The agency is Joint Commission Gold Certified and a National Minority Supplier Development Council certified MBE, with contracts spanning Federal, State, and County healthcare facilities. CNAs can pick up travel assignments (typically 13 weeks), per diem shifts, or pursue permanent placement.

Travel CNAs working with Platinum get furnished shared housing with utilities included or a housing stipend, round-trip travel reimbursement based on actual mileage, licensure reimbursement, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, employer-paid professional liability and workers comp, and unlimited continuing education access. The Refer & Earn program pays up to $500 per placement when a referred clinician completes a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week assignment.
