In order to request a Reciprocity Application Form from the Mississippi NNAAP® Registry you must contact them by phone at 888-204-6213.
Note: If you are denied reciprocity because your certification in another state has expired, you will have to take another test in order to be added to the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry. If either part of the examination (written or clinical skills) is failed on the first try, you will be required to complete a Mississippi-approved nurse aide training program before being allowed to re-test under Eligibility Route E1 as a new nurse aide. The fee for testing is $101.
