How to
Fill in the online application:
- Open the application page
- Fill in all the required fields
- Upload an image of your social security card
- Upload an image of your valid US government-issued identification card
- Submit and pay the $25 fee through the credit card processing portal
- You will be placed on the registry if you are qualified after the following is completed:
- Verification of your certification (in good standing) with the state(s) where you are currently registered.
- Verification that you are eligible for placement on the registry.
- All other provided and pertinent information is verified as true and correct. Notification of successful submission for TN registry placement will be emailed to the email address in your application.

Upon receipt of all required information, the process typically takes no longer than one week.

Individuals certified in Florida must complete an approved Tennessee Nurse Aide Training Program and pass the Tennessee Competency Evaluation process.
